- 松子3個
調味料
- 白砂糖20g
- 黃砂糖30g
食譜(tip.1t≈1茶匙;1T≈1湯匙)

STEP 1
姜去皮切片。
燒水3C,加入薑片,大火燒開,改中火燒3-4分鐘

STEP 2
梨去芯去皮,3等分。用筷子在正中間、1/4、3/4處分別扎眼,塞上胡椒。加水沒過梨,糖1t,泡著靜置

STEP 3
薑湯濾過紗布,加白糖1T,黃糖2T。重新放回鍋裡,放入梨。大火燒開改小火,煮10分鐘。撇去沫子

STEP 4
梨在碗中擺好,倒入湯,放上松子
